Benoit Kelecom a une expérience d'une douzaine d'années dans l'industrie des fonds. Il conseille les GP en matière de structuration et d'opération de fonds d'investissement alternatifs, avec un focus sur les fonds PE/VC (early stage à mid-market), l'immobilier, l'infrastructure, les fonds de fonds, les fonds de dette et les fonds distressed. Il possède une expérience significative dans la création et le conseil aux sociétés de gestion et aux AIFM au Luxembourg. Benoit conseille également certains investisseurs institutionnels en relation avec leurs transactions primaires et secondaires.

Benoit Kelecom is a Partner at Van Campen Liem with a dozen years of experience in the funds industry. After having worked for the European Investment Bank and Deloitte Luxembourg, Benoit has been trained at Allen & Overy's Luxembourg and London offices, before joining Atoz where he was Asset Management Principal and then Van Campen Liem where he has been promoted as a Partner in 2022. He advises GPs in the structuring and ongoing operations of alternative investment funds with a particular focus on (early stage to mid-market) VC/PE, real estate, infrastructure, funds of funds, debt and distressed funds. He has significant experience in the establishment of, and advice to, management companies and AIFMs in Luxembourg. Benoit also advises institutional LPs in relation to their primary and secondary transactions.

Benoit Kelecom verfügt über eine zwölfjährige Erfahrung in der Fondsbranche. Nach Stationen bei der EIB und Deloitte wurde Benoit bei Allen & Overy in Luxemburg und London ausgebildet, bevor er als Asset Management Principal zu Atoz und später zu Van Campen Liem wechselte, wo er 2022 zum Partner befördert wurde. Er verfügt über bedeutende Erfahrung in der Gründung und Beratung von Verwaltungsgesellschaften und AIFM in Luxemburg. Benoit berät auch einige institutionelle Investoren im Zusammenhang mit ihren Primär- und Sekundärtransaktionen.
