Après plus de 25 ans passés au sein de RTL Luxembourg, où il a créé et développé RTL.lu jusqu'à en faire la première plateforme média digitale du pays, Tom Weber a fondé Bazinga sàrl. Il accompagne aujourd'hui les entreprises et les institutions dans leur transformation digitale, l'intégration de l'intelligence artificielle et le développement de leurs projets mobiles.

After more than 25 years at RTL Luxembourg, where he created and developed RTL.lu, turning it into the country’s leading digital media platform, Tom Weber founded Bazinga sàrl. He now supports businesses and organisations with their digital transformation, the integration of artificial intelligence and the development of their mobile projects.

Seit 1998 hat Tom Weber (geb. 1976) verschiedene Funktionen bei RTL Luxemburg inne. Er begann als Technical Manager bei RTL Newmedia, eine Funktion, die er bis 2007 innehatte. Anschließend wurde er zum Station Manager befördert, bevor er im Januar 2017 zum Digital Director von RTL Luxemburg ernannt wurde. Im Jahr 2023 wurde Tom Weber zum Chief Technology Officer von RTL Luxemburg ernannt.
