Michèle Eisenhuth is a Partner in the Investment Management practice of Arendt. She has a deep expertise on regulatory issues related to the setup and functioning of UCITS, alternative investment funds and investment fund management companies. Between 2023 and 2026, she has also been Co-Chair of the firm.
Over her 30 years career at Arendt, Michèle has represented large international asset management groups in their fund structuring and complex reorganisation operations. Michèle is also a board member of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) since June 2017 and a Co-Chair of the Asset Management and Investment Funds Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA) since January 2022. She is also a Chair and/or active member of several ALFI committees.
