Yvan Stempnierwsky is a member of the Tax practice at Arendt & Medernach where he is in charge of the Financial Reporting and Accounting Standards practice. 

He has more than 35 years' experience in the development and practice of accounting law (BE GAAP, LUX GAAP and IFRS) and in teaching this subject at various universities in Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

He advises clients on the accounting treatment of complex transactions under  LUX GAAP, BE  GAAP, IFRS, Not-for Profit Accounting Law and Public Sector Accounting Law.

Yvan’s expertise includes also assistance to listed companies during IFRS enforcements.
