Christophe Boyer, partner, is a member of the Investment Management Practice Group in Luxembourg. He focuses on fund structuring for alternative strategies (private equity, infrastructure, real estate and debt) as well as on their regulated management company.
Christophe is advising global fund managers on the regulatory and corporate aspects of structuring, establishing, operating and marketing funds both on the legal and regulatory side. He has also developed significant expertise in assisting fund initiators with the formation of their co-investment (for employees or limited partners) and carried interest schemes.
