Patrick is the Partner leading Consulting and Advisory in Luxembourg. He specializes in technology and core business operations with a strong focus on digital and core banking solutions. At the EMEA level, Patrick leads EMEA FS Core Technology.
Patrick has 26 years of consulting and banking experience, including six years as CIO of one of the largest banks in Luxembourg, and has developed a comprehensive knowledge of the financial services industry.
His main focuses are wealth and investment management, retail banking, digital architecture, banking operations, EA and new sourcing models (cloud/SaaS/BPO). Throughout his career, Patrick has had the opportunity to implement new banking operating models and deliver large transformation programs.
