Serge is a partner heading the real estate practice at Stellan Partners. With more than 20 years' experience including an outstanding record of performance in preparing and negotiating real estate transactions, Serge is a nationally renowned legal real estate expert. Prior to joining the firm in March 2022, Serge worked in a “Magic circle” law firm in Luxembourg.
Serge specialises in national and international real estate and construction issues. He advises on all aspects of real estate investment projects, including real estate asset acquisitions and disposals, the choice of vehicle, financing, complex lease negotiations, authorization requirements and environmental aspects. He advises clients on a wide range of real estate transactions, share and asset deals, be it on the buyer or seller side, including Luxembourg-based real estate assets.
