Vincent is the Tax Leader of the Country Leadership Team and a tax partner. Since 1997, he has been working in tax and specialised in structuring alternatives funds. For four years he has led the alternatives industry practice at PwC Luxembourg, after having led the private equity industry practice since 2004.
His experience includes tax structuring cross border transactions, as well as Luxembourg funds in a European alternatives context for international and European alternatives investors.
Vincent has specific experience with the choice of a suitable regulatory regime and investment platform structuring for alternatives vehicles, tax issues arising in source European jurisdictions.
Vincent holds a degree in Law from UCLouvain, a Master in Tax from Solvay Business School, and a Luxembourg Tax degree from the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce.
